Introduction:
Our PHP-based project provides a comprehensive student management system that empowers users with a range of essential functionalities. Through a secure and efficient login and logout system, users gain access to a powerful platform for managing student profiles, courses, teachers, and fee records.
The project allows users to seamlessly add, edit, delete, and view student profiles, ensuring that educational institutions, teachers, and administrators can maintain accurate and up-to-date information. With an intuitive interface, managing contact details, academic progress, and attendance records becomes a breeze.
Course management is made effortless as users can add, edit, delete, and view courses. This feature streamlines curriculum planning and organization, enabling educators to maintain an up-to-date course catalog and assign students to appropriate classes with ease.
Our project also offers comprehensive teacher management capabilities. Users have the flexibility to add, edit, delete, and view teacher profiles, centralizing faculty administration and facilitating effective staffing assignments and communication.
To enhance productivity, a powerful search function allows users to quickly find students and access their complete profiles and fee records. This feature enables teachers and administrators to track student progress, view fee payment history, and stay informed about outstanding payments.
Finally, our integrated fee management system enables users to submit student fees and track fee records efficiently. This functionality ensures that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and easily monitored, facilitating smooth fee management.

Functional Requirements:
- Users can log in and log out.

Installation Instructions:
- Download and install the necessary software:
- XAMPP
- Sublime Text
- Download the source code and extract the zip file into the “htdocs” folder of your XAMPP installation.
- Start the XAMPP server, enabling only the Apache and MySQL options.
- Open any web browser and go to “http://localhost/phpmyadmin“. Create a new database named “comsatsmzd” and import the “comsatsmzd.sql” file.
- Now, navigate to “http://localhost/cms” to access the project.
- Log in using the following credentials:
